Is there a car park?
Yes, there is an ample car park at the entrance to the cottage courtyard. We ask that you park your car in the car park after unloading your luggage.
Do you accept dogs?
Each one of our Self catering Holiday Cottages is dog friendly (Please contact us if you wish to bring more than the amount of dogs listed on each cottage).
Is the pool open all year?
The pool is open from April to End of October.
Where is the nearest shop?
There is a small Spar shop 1 mile away in Llanboidy.
There is a Co-op 6 miles away in Whitland.
There is a Co-op, Spar and CK's 7 miles away in St.Clears.
What's provided in the cottage?
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand sanitizer and hand soap, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
Portable Charcoal BBQ's available.

We provide Towels but suggest you bring your own swimming towels.
Do you charge for fishing at the lake?
Yes. There is a small charge of £10 per person per day to go fishing with 2 rods maximum per person.
Do you have a EV charging point?
We do have a 'VoltShare' charging point on site.
Do you have a baby gate in the cottages with steps?
We have fitted fixed retractable baby gates on top of the steps in Sandpiper, Kingfisher & Puffin Cottages.
Do any of your cottages have a king size bed?
Yes, Swallow cottage (sleeps 8) and Puffin cottage (sleeps 6) both have a king size bed in the master bedroom.
Where is the nearest Pub?
Llanboidy Social club is in the village of Llanboidy 1 mile away

Do you allow swimming or water sports on the lake?
No. Swimming or water sports are strictly prohibited in the lake.
How to book a stay?
Please book through our Availability/Book Now page the cottage will be provisionally booked for you until deposit is received. We ask for a 10% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
